Crumbl Franchisee seeking a multi-unit General Manager to take full accountability of store operations at multiple locations, At our stores we work hard, have fun and are driven by results. - Schedule staff sufficient to achieve all sales, quality and performance metrics
- When call-offs occur, quickly find coverage or personally work the shift
- Conduct daily and weekly inventory of cookies, dough and raw materials
- Lead and mentor Shift Leads and other employees as needed
- Interview candidates and make hiring decisions
- Conduct performance and development evaluations with Crew Members
- Facilitate training of all Crew members
- Become familiar with and ensure compliance with all policies in Employee Handbook and Crumbl Operations Manual
- Have ultimate accountability for all customer related issue resolution
- Manage all Crew communication through approved mobile messaging tools
- ANSI accredited Certified Food Protection Manager certification (can obtain once hired)
- Minimum FIVE years food service experience
- Experience with cash handling management
- Experience with shift scheduling
- Experience managing Gross Profit by controlling labor and food cost
- Minimum three years management experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Illinois driver's license with your own car
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift, carry, or push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Able to work extended hours when needed
- Able to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow Crumbl's high standard of food safety that requires no jewelry be worn on shift, including face and ear piercings.
