We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to delivering delicious treats and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the store.
• Assist customers in selecting from our wide range of ice cream flavors, toppings, and desserts.
• Prepare and serve ice cream cones, cups and other menu items according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage busy periods and provide excellent service to all customers.
• Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
