We are looking for a dedicated and motivated leader to perform the duties of a General Manager at our Crumbl Cookies location in Williston, VT. Professional baking experience preferred, leadership experience required.

• $60,000 to $68,000 Annual Salary

Duties:

• Operate all day-to-day aspects of the business, including labor management, cost of goods and customer satisfaction
• Prepare cookies from scratch and ensure they meet the standards set by the company
• Inspire, motivate and lead a team of 15-30 bakers
• Create a unique and satisfactory experience for every customer

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of baking principles and processes
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and experience handling food in a professional environment
• A background in restaurant management and customer service
• Scheduling, COGS, inventory and people management skills preferred
