Crumbl Cookies is Hiring a Baker Near Salem, NH

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Baker to fill an opening at our Salem location. Friday and Saturday availability required.

Crumbl Cookie is a popular bakery chain known for its decadent and oversized cookies. Each week, we rotate a selection of inventive flavors, ranging from classic chocolate chip to creative concoctions like birthday cake and raspberry cheesecake.

Our cookies are renowned for their soft, gooey centers and generous portions, making them a beloved treat for cookie enthusiasts everywhere.

As a Baker, you will play an integral part in creating memorable experiences for our customers and a safe, fun working environment for our employees!

Duties

  • Prepare raw ingredients and bake cookies, following recipes and measurements exactly.
  • Decorate and package cookies in an appealing manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to every guest

Qualifications :

  • Strong customer service skills for interacting with customers and taking orders
  • Readiness to learn and follow directions
  • Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be at least 16 years of age

Compensation

$15 to $18 ($11 base pay tips)
