Job DescriptionCrumbl Cookies is hiring for Bakers & Delivery Drivers!
Our ideal candidate is someone who strives to provide an excellent customer experience and gourmet cookies. Attention to detail is required, critical time management, quality checks and cleaning as you go are crucial. Pay: $11.00 - $14 per hour
Baker Responsibilities:
  • Reading and understand recipes.
  • Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
  • Decorating and displaying finished product
  • Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
  • Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
  • Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Baker Requirements:
  • Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
  • Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
  • Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability
  • Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment.
  • Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods. (50 pounds)
Delivery Driver Responsibilities
  • Loading, transporting, and delivering cookies to clients or businesses ON TIME
  • Operating a motor vehicle such as cars, trucks, etc., for delivery purposes
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to make sure that they are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is happy
  • Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
  • Accepting payments for delivered items
  • Providing the best customer service
  • Answering questions and are comfortable handling complaints from customers
  • Adhering to assigned routes and follow time schedules
  • Abiding by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
  • Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries
Delivery Driver Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with 2 years of clean driving history
  • Holds a valid driver's license & insurance issued by the state where you intend to work
  • Experience may be required or preferred
  • Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
  • Strong time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
