We are looking for a hard working individual to perform the duties of a Baker at our Crumbl Cookies location in Williston, VT. Professional baking experience preferred, but not required.

Raises:

• Upon the 90 day review and performance evaluation, up to a $.50 raise will be rewarded.
• Upon the 1 year anniversary review and performance evaluation, a raise of up to $.50 will be rewarded.

Duties:

• Display a passion for baking and customer service
• Handling raw ingredients and preparing cookies from scratch. This will involve mixing, balling, baking and topping cookies in a way that meets company standards
• Cleaning as needed
• Register work as needed
• Create a unique and wonderful experience for every customer

Qualifications:

• A willingness to listen and learn
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
• A background in customer service or food service is preferred
• A friendly and positive attitude is a must!
