Crew Member - White Marsh, MD

Are you ready to make some DOUGH at the fastest-growing cookie company in the nation? We are looking for energetic & driven individuals to be part of our Crumbl Crew at Crumbl White Marsh!

We are in need of full-time and part-time night shift bakers to join our team! You will be part of the closing shift (10pm Mon-Thu and/or Fri & Sat until midnight)

Baker Job Requirements: (must be 18 )
Base pay starting at $13.50 Tips ($1.50 /hr - to hit at least minimum wage)

• No previous baking experience is needed but is always a plus - Paid Training!
• Full-time & part-time positions available
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays a month
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Baker Responsibilities:

• Reading and understanding Crumbl recipes
• Measuring and combining ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Decorating and displaying the finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing world class customer service
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries accurate and timely
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
