Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and guidance to our employees in the food industry. Responsibilities:

-Willingness to hold people accountable to Crumbl standards.
- Conduct training sessions on various topics related to food handling, food preparation, and baking techniques.
- Implement training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
- Provide demonstrations and hands-on training to employees.
- Monitor trainees' progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.

Experience:

-Must have previous management experience.
- Previous experience working in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques.
- Proven experience in delivering effective training programs.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with team in a professional manner.
- Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
