Working knowledge and experience with:
Standards: ISO9000, AS9100, Military Standards, IPC 610, 620, J-STD-001 Regulatory compliance: REACH, RoHS, ITAR, EAR, Conflict Minerals, etc. Quality inspection and test, First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102
Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) / Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Internal audit
Risk analysis and mitigation
Requirements identification and analysis
Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Visio, Adobe Acrobat
Understanding of:
Quality Management systems, quality principles, continuous improvement processes Document Control and Configuration Management
Problem solving, Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA), root cause analysis, complaints Material Review Board (MRB), handling of nonconforming product/processes
Metrics, Key Process Indicators (KPI), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Coordinate Measurement System (CMS) / Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) Cybersecurity and Digital Product Definition (DPD)
Candidate Characteristics:
