Job Title : Material Handler Forklift Operator

Job Summary : Established Wadsworth Employer looking for a self-motivated and skilled material handler and forklift operator to join their team! The ideal candidate should be able to exhibit a thorough understanding of warehouse and forklift operations in a safe and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Transporting stock from loading bays, delivery vehicles, storage places, and production sites and loading and unloading it.
• Assists with inspection of wheels and / or panels. wipes surfaces and stacks the parts.
• Ensures production of parts meets work instructions, and quality records are complete.
• Ensures proper communication regarding production delays and / or issues.
• Loads and unloads line, stacks wheels on pallets / racks for movement to next station and / or shipment, wipes and stacks panels.
• Loads and unloads materials, parts or products onto pallets, skids, conveyors, or tables.
• If required, creates a uniform finish with media material operating a manual hand tool.
• Willing to learn how to load robotic cells.
• Cleans around work areas.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
