Temp to Hire - hired on within approximately 10 weeks.

Progressive Pay Scale Based on Experience. $17/hr to start, over $20/hr after 45 days with more room for growth as you progress!

Overtime Available – 5-10 hours per week at 1.5x!

Quarterly and Yearly attendance bonus - get paid for being reliable!

Profit Sharing – approx. $300-400 per month!

• Produce high quality precast concrete in accordance with specifications.
• Stripping and setting up concrete forms.
• Reading shop drawings and/or prints.
• Maintain clean and safe work area (5S).
• Will operate forklifts, bridge/gantry cranes, and production equipment as required.
• Complete daily preventative maintenance tasks as assigned, including tool maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education/Experience:

• Knowledge of concrete forming
• Ability to read shop drawings and or blueprints
• Heavy equipment operation

Physical Strain:

• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs on occasion
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to squat, crawl and kneel to complete tasks

Work Environment

• The work areas are partly climate controlled. Ambient temperatures and humidity will be the norm inside and out.
• Due to the nature of the operation, the levels of noise, dust, and dirt can be very high.

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to operate/learn how to operate power tools safely, accurately and efficiently.
• Ability/desire to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
