Responsibilities

• Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Review and analyze client financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems to identify potential audit issues and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, providing proactive communication and addressing their concerns on time.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to support their professional development.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit procedures to address identified risks, ensuring thorough coverage of key audit areas.

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm, with a focus on financial statement audits.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards (GAAS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
