The Behavioral Health Unit RN is responsible for the following job tasks:

• Assessing Patients
• Responding to Crises, Using De-escalation, Restraints and Seclusion
• Developing and Implementing a Plan of Care
• Applying the Principles of Case Management to Patient Care
• Documenting Nursing Process
• Communicating with all Members of the Care Team

Requirements

• Current PA RN License
• 1 year Behavioral health experience
