We’re looking for an enthusiastic hotel front desk supervisor with 1 year of prior experience to ensure every guest at our hotel has an exceptional stay with us. You will lead the evening operations at the front desk, act as the first point of contact for guests, and cultivate staff members who will go above and beyond our high customer satisfaction standards. • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints
• Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay

• Oversee the evening operations at the front desk and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction for every guest
• Acting MOD for the whole hotel

• Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
• Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role
• Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus
• 2 or more years of experience as a front desk supervisor or related office management position in the hospitality industry
• Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED

• Prior hospitality experience is preferred
• Experience with Opera is desired
