Overview:
We are seeking a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all outlet operations run smoothly. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership ability, industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction
• Supervising and training staff members
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Managing employee schedules
• Addressing customer complaints and concerns
• Presenting a professional image at all times
• Coaching, counseling, and developing team members
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage services.

Experience:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectivelylead a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
