Part-Time Leasing Consultant - SATURDAY 10AM-5PM and Monday 8:30AM-5:30PMREQUIRED

(20-25 HOURS PER WEEK)

Essential Functions

• Conducting tours of the community
• Marketing to potential customers in person, over the telephone, and via email
• Developing and maintaining first class customer service relationships with prospects and residents
• Closing the sale and securing leases
• Typing leases and completing appropriate paperwork
• Assisting management in daily office operations; processing and maintaining property files
• Planning, organizing, and conducting resident functions as needed
• Preparing marketing materials and distributing them
• Effectively contributing in a team environment
• Obtaining Fair Housing Certification

Additional Functions

• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Community Director

Desired Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma (some college preferred)
• Outgoing and personable in order to establish relationships and market effectively
• Self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve creatively
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to show and inspect apartments on multiple floors and access the varied terrain of the community; must be able to stand, walk, and sit alternately depending on specific needs of the day
• Ability to operate Microsoft, including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
