As a Caregiver at Crown Staffing, you will be an essential part of our mission to deliver compassionate and personalized care to individuals in various settings in Mason, OH.

Position : CareGiver Location : Mason, OH Job Type : Full-Time (Direct Hire) Responsibilities : -Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including but not limited to dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility.

• Follow individualized care plans to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.-Ensure the engagement of individuals in meaningful activities to promote overall well-being.
• Document and report on the care provided activities conducted, and any changes observed in the individual’s condition.-Provide assistance with walking, transfers, and transportation as necessary.
• Safely transport individuals using agency-provided vehicles, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.-Maintain a clean and organized environment, promoting the health and safety of clients.
• Implement universal precautions to prevent the spread of infections.-Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements : -High school diploma or equivalent.-Previous experience in caregiving or related roles is preferred.-Compassionate and empathetic attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.-Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the individual needs of clients.
