Job Opportunity : Production Positions Introduction : Crown Staffing is currently hiring for production positions in Cincinnati, OH.

If you are looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the manufacturing process, we want to hear from you! Position Summary : This position involves packaging inks in various containers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities : -Operate ink-making machinery and equipment.-Read and interpret batch tickets, adhering to work processes and procedures.

• Process documentation accurately by recording information on batch tickets, labeling containers, packaging inks, and inspecting customer products per requirements.
• Meet production schedules and metrics, ensuring quality products are produced.-Follow all safety and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Attend all required meetings and training sessions.-Maintain adherence to standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform inventory control activities.-Load and unload materials.-Perform other duties as assigned by production management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : -Education : High school diploma or equivalent.-Prior experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is preferred.

Strong initiative and ability to work independently.-Ability to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, lift trucks, .

Training will be provided.-Sound judgment to make decisions regarding setups, operations, and processes within standard operating procedures.
