(English and Arabic) $15.50/HR Paid Weekly on Fridays Benefits/PTO/Holiday Pay/401k Available Job Description for Warehouse Team Leader: Monitor productivity and process compliance in a designated area. Job Responsibilities for Warehouse Team Leader:
Oversee the running and completion of all assigned work orders.
Monitor and reconcile open 862’s daily.
Give proper instructions to packagers according to the specific job.
Enforces HLM rules and regulations.
Communicate with supervisor & general supervisor on the day to day operations, material needs and employee issues.
Communicate material overage / shortages with warehouse.
Perform routine quality checks.
Coordinate material flow at the production line.
Maintain organizational standards according to 5s compliance standards.
Promote safe work environment.
Record, notify and report unsafe working conditions immediately to department supervisor.
Maintain up to date professional and technical knowledge by attending educational trainings as assigned by HLM training department.

Job Requirements for Warehouse Team Leader:
Bilingual in English and Arabic
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and understand work orders and packaging specs in English
Ability to perform basic math
Ability to communicate and give instruction to employees in both verbal and written form
Leadership skills with the ability to take charge of a given situation
Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office
Ability to demonstrate full understanding of production flow process
