Crown Staffing is proud to accept applications for a lawn technician in the Sellersburg, Indiana area! This full-time opportunity is on the first shift, pays $17.
00 an hour, and is available immediately!
This career opportunity is temp with intent to hire. While on assignment with Crown Staffing, you can expect to enjoy such benefits as weekly pay, MEC health benefits, direct deposit or pay card, and the ongoing support of your Crown Staffing Team, who work to advocate for your success!
As a Lawn Tech Associate, you can expect to :
Empty and pick up trash in common areas and streets on and near the property.
Ensure lawns are manicured, regularly treat weeds, rake leaves, plant flowers / shrubs, spread mulch / stones / woodchips, and cut and remove tree limbs damaged by weather conditions.
Perform maintenance on blowers, mowers, drills, and other tools used.
Report all community maintenance issues and concerns issues and concerns identified while performing daily duties.
Ensure the community is presentable at all times.
Safely operate the vehicle to perform job duties.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Follow all safety procedures while performing duties
Requirements for a Lawn Tech position :
Previous lawn care experience
Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require contact outdoor work.
Previous experience in the operation of hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Basic computer proficiency including email and Internet.
Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
Ability to provide legible written reports.
