The Sales Account Manager is a self-motivated, adaptable, and persuasive person in responsible for growing business.

Duties:

• Cold calling both commercial and residential decision markers.
• Proactively identifying and contacting potential customers.
• Provide estimating department with pictures and documents required to prepare bid.
• Ensure estimates are completed in timely manner by estimating department.
• Networking both during work hours and periodically after hours while representing the company at designated industry network groups.
• Maintaining assigned sales quotas and following established company guidelines.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Develop working relationships with property managers, condo associations, commercial property owners, and facility managers.
• Continued growth with current customer base.
• Maintaining proper sales reports.
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in roofing or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and earn a substantial income.
• Ability to work independently and manage your sales territory effectively.
• Knowledge of the Florida roofing market is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
