• Orders required due diligence items (appraisals, environmental reports, property inspections and site inspection reports)
• Runs loan reports
• Tracks payment of insurance, taxes and other invoices for OREO properties
• Photocopies, faxes and types letters, memos and reports
• Assists with various projects and duties as assigned

· Basic knowledge and understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures

· Basic knowledge and understanding of legal litigation process

· Demonstrated proficiency in basic software applications such as MS Word and Excel and other internal systems used in Banking

· Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills

· Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, good organizational, research and follow-up skills

· Must be able to work independently and possess excellent telephone etiquette

· Bi-lingual Portuguese/Spanish helpful, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
