Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll drive the execution of functions that guarantee an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers.

Your Daily Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, understanding their home furnishing needs, and skillfully guiding them towards ideal solutions.
• Employ effective selling techniques to amplify sales and productivity, delivering outstanding results.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations and mentor fellow consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
