Crouse Hospital's PeriOperative Nurse Academy is unique to the area and offers a foundation for excellence and learning. This professional development initiative provides competitive pay with an in-depth orientation to the challenges and rewards of nursing practice in the PeriOperative arena. Progression through the program is expected to take nine to twelve months. Those accepted must agree to a two year commitment in the OR after completion of the program.
