Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of landscaping techniques and the ability to operate power tools and hand tools.

Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Utilize hand tools for various tasks including planting, digging, and raking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and storage areas
- Assist with snow removal during winter months

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
