Crossways Tax Preparation, LLC is a full service boutique public accounting firm located in Melville, NY. Our firm has a diverse client base with commercial clients ranging from 1 million to 70 million in sales. In addition, we also have a large individual income tax practice. What makes our firm different is that we encourage our staffs' full involvement in accounting/tax services offered to and requested by our clients with the support of the partners. We are currently looking to fill a staff accountant position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 1-2 years experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Quickbooks, both Desktop and Online, and Lacerte Tax & Ultra Tax a plus
• CPA license or in process of obtaining

Duties:

• Ability to perform write-ups, compilation and reviews- independently.
• Payroll and sales tax preparation
• Individual, partnership, corporate, and estate/trust tax return preparation
• Financial Statement preparation

Salary:
Salary between $75,000 and $90,000 (commensurate with experience).
