Job description
Production Associate
Full-Time / Non-Exempt
The Production Associate is responsible for assisting with all production/technical aspects of our in-person and online church community as well as special events. This person will work collaboratively with the Production Coordinator and Worship Director to enhance the overall worship experience through sound, lighting and visual presentations.

Strengths & Skills Needed:
- Team Player with a positive mindset.
- Skilled in all levels of video production (pre-production, production, post-production, camera operation, editing, motion graphics, studio sound engineering, front of house mixing, color correction, etc.).
- Skilled with programming and operating lighting consoles.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Support the mission and direction of Crosswater Community Church.
- Support the audio/visual and technological functions of Crosswater Community Church.
- Assist with sound, lighting and live-streaming for each church service and special events.
- Program lighting for events and all church-wide services using GrandMA.
- Program and maintain content for all LED wall screens.
- Assist with Front of House, Video Control, Broadcast studio and Back Stage for services or special events when needed.
- Assist with stage design implementation for all services and special events.
- Assist with the installation, troubleshooting or replacing equipment for all church wide AVL.
- Manage and maintain Main Network, Production Network and all network-based equipment.
- Record and edit simple video as needed.
Required Education / Experience:
- Two or four-year degree in an audio-visual or related field
- Three Years related experience and/or training
- DLive console, Dante virtual sound, Klang in ear monitoring and/or Cinematic camera style using Blackmagic / Ross experience preferred but not required.
- Must understand DMX signal flow.
- Experience with GrandMA preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
