An Account Sales Representative with Crosstown Solutions is Responsible for: 

  • Generating, implementing, and executing adequate sales tactics to exceed customer acquisition targets
  • Delivering the highest level of sales and customer service to our prospective customers
  • Troubleshooting customer complaints, identify the root cause of the issue and utilize resources appropriately to determine the most effective solution
  • Mastering internal sales and marketing programs and systems to maximize effectiveness
  • Performing one on one sales-based presentations with potential new customers

Our Account Sales Representative:

  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as be a strong team player
  • Must be passionate about one work and formulating quality solutions
  • Must have attention to detail and sound problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a “get it done” attitude and willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks
  • Must be persuasive with the ability to overturn any objection and close a sale
  • Must be a quick learner and able to retain complex information
