Classroom Support Part Time

Crossroads Youth & Family Services, Inc. is seeking Part-Time Classroom Support for Education Engine Early Head Start/ Head Start location in Comanche County. Classroom Support personnel assists in creating and managing an attractive, warm, and challenging learning environment for infants, toddlers, and children; incorporating developmentally appropriate early intervention, learning, and care activities which meet the needs of the group as well as those of individual children and families.

Education Experience License and Knowledge

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Early childhood training and experience preferred

License:

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain acceptable liability insurance

Knowledge:

• Excellent written and oral communication;
• Organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical skills required;

• Knowledge of community resources, methods and practices of health and safety precautions, providing age-appropriate education services and facilitating family involvement in program services.
