Registered Nurse Case Managers deliver direct care to patients in their homes, whether it's at home or in a care facility. Nurses provide more than just medical assistance; they also listen attentively to patients' needs and honor their wishes.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• 1 years of nursing experience.
• An active unencumbered state RN license.
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical.

Pay: $72,768.64 - $87,635.35 per year
