Hospice Quick Response CNA's participate in the team meetings, documents care, patient response, and observations made during hands-on nursing care when visiting patients and families during end of life.

Shift: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM 

The office is located in Memphis, TN and this role requires travel to the office. Additionally, CNA's will visit patients within a 50-mile radius of this site.

Qualifications:

• Must have current state CNA certification.
• 1 year of current experience as a CNA.
• Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
