Job Title: ABA Teacher (ABAT-1)
Location: Crossroads Continuum, Marlborough, MA
Schedule: 7:30am- 3:00pm Monday-Friday
Salary: $50,000
Job Summary: Crossroads Continuum is seeking a dedicated ABA Teacher (ABAT-1) to join our team. Under the supervision of the Lead Special Education Teacher, the ABAT-1 will use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach students and help them achieve their goals and objectives outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Behavior Management Guidelines (BMGs), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Additionally, the ABAT-1 will serve as the Case Manager for 1 to 2 students, assisting in designing and modifying curricula, building supportive materials, and using them to teach new skills.
