Crossroads Construction LLC is family owned and operated and has been in business going on

20 years along the Front Range. Most of our work is from Longmont to Parker, and from Boulder to Brighton. We have a “CAN DO” attitude and strive for our client’s satisfaction. Our employees maintain a min 40-hour work week with paid overtime for work over 45 hours.

However, when a call or email comes in, it needs to be picked up or returned within a timely manner, regardless of the day or time. On minor occasion weekend work is required.

Managers with 5-10 years of Residential and / or Commercial Renovation Experience

Project Managers provide on-site leadership and manage all site activities including production, quality control, schedule and safety. The Superintendent is in the main “hub” of communication on the Job site.

Skill and Responsibilities of Successful Project Superintendents include:

• Communicate efficiently with all parties involved in the project. Owners, Clients,

Subcontractors, Supervisors etc. Must be able to answer your phone when it rings and multi-task. Must return emails and txt’s in a timely manner.

• Must be able to problem solve and value engineer

• Responsible for customer management and maintaining good working relationships.

• Must be proficient on a computer and familiar with Word and Excel

• Responsible for reviewing and understanding all project documents including bid documents, plans, specifications, and general conditions, in detail.

• Maintain quality by submitting jobsite pictures on a regular basis, and keep subs accountable for quality.

• Responsible for understanding and enforcing OSHA regulations, and keeping a safe and clean jobsite. If not, OSHA classes will be paid for by Crossroads Construction LLC for the right person.

• Responsible for managing and overseeing onsite safety programs and meetings.

• Must be a trustworthy, honest, ethical and responsible

• Must be teachable and willing to learn

• Must have good leadership and communication skills

• Must have a good attitude and treat EVERYONE with respect.

• Good understanding of scheduling and the flow of construction

• Must have a dependable truck or SUV

• Proficiency in hands on trade work is a Plus

• Formal Education is a Plus. 2–4-year degree or trade school
