Crossroads Center for Children is seeking an energetic, resourceful, and skilled BCBA to join their management team! This position will fill the third director role under the supervision of the executive director.
Crossroads Center for Children is located in Rotterdam, NY and offers several different programs for children ages two through twelve. This position involves working collaboratively with BCBAs, special educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapist, and teaching assistants in the delivery of quality ABA services in a school setting. Candidates would work alongside eight other skilled behavior analysts in a strong ABA community.
The major responsibilities of this position involve the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff members for Crossroads Center for Children's school program. The Director of Staff Development will collaborate with the program's BCBAs/BCaBA's, as well as classroom teams in the provision of quality training in ABA principles and practices for all new school staff members. This position also involves the ongoing supervision of staff to ensure quality.

This is a 52 week position. Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA or related field as well as supervisory experience is necessary. Board Certification in Behavior Analysis and/or a License in ABA is required. Experience with OBM is preferred. Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders is preferred, but not required
