Scheduler Job Overview
The scheduler position will manage initial assignments, communication of assignments and ongoing scheduling needs for the clinical staff and the skilled needs of our patients.
Responsibilities will also include medical supply management, in-service presentation coordination, participation in recruitment and retention, and customer service programs.
Other duties include scheduling and the ordering of central supplies. The scheduler may be required to work some shifts on the floor.
Scheduler Job Duties
Manage initial assignments, communication of assignments and ongoing scheduling needs for the clinical staff and the skilled needs of our patients.
Medical supply management.
In-Service presentation coordination.
Participation in recruitment and retention.
Manage and monitor clinical attendance and have weekly attendance meetings with HR.
Monitor request off
Ability to work the floor when needed.
Daily total hour report for clinical
