Need another full-time Sign Maker who can also install to join established, growing commercial sign company. Some work with vinyl and digital sign fabrication, some vehicle wrap application, some in-field installation of signage, some in-field work with electric sign installation.

Ideal candidate has operated a vinyl plotter and/or large-format printer. Design (Illustrator) and sign-making (Flexi) software familiarity also key. Will train the right candidate in other aspects of job. Sign shop and digital print experience is important as well as any design and installation expertise you have.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General sign making duties - i.e. layout, output, weeding, taping and installations both in house and job-site requiring the climbing of ladders and use of a bucket truck, some heavy (50 lbs) lifting. Maintenance of clean and organized work area. Perform additional tasks as required or assigned. Learning all of our products and services

APPLICANT MUST DEMONSTRATE:

Ability to organize tasks, determine priorities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and occasionally alone in the shop. Supportive attitude in assisting the team with all aspects of the business as required. Must be an organized, independent worker with good time management skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant must be computer literate i.e. using cloud and PC-based software. Basic math and spelling skills are a must. The applicant MUST also have a VALID driver's license with a good driving record in order to be insured to drive company vehicles.
