Responsibilities and Duties

• Promote socialization through community outings and individualized one on one outings with our residents.
• Ensure the health and safety of our residents while promoting independent living skills in the community and in the home.
• Assist with and teach activities of daily living.
• Actively participate as a valued member of our residents' treatment team.

DSP Job Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid drivers license and automobile insurance
