Location: Crossnore, North CarolinaHiring Range: $40,000 - $50,000Benefits & Perks:

- Previous work experience with residential programs preferred.

- Develop individualized action plans and goals with residential children
- Connect clients with necessary resources and support systems
- Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and problem-solving
- Ensure accurate communication among team members regarding client needs and progress
