You Are:

You are an ambitious and driven professional with a passion for solutioning and a knack for building lasting client relationships. As the Client Account Executive you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working with a top-tier UST client to deliver cutting-edge IT staffing solutions and drive business growth.

The Opportunity :

Proactively drive client development growth; sourcing, qualifying initial clients, identifying potential end users/decision makers, establishing contact relationships, marketing candidates, identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Identifying decision makers within existing client and new opportunities for staffing IT projects within client portfolio through active outreach and networking.

Negotiate and close Agreements.

Drive the resource identification and manage the project full cycle.

Build and grow client relationships ensuring execution of SLA’s.

Conduct market research and keep abreast of market dynamics and trends within target market and geography to forecasts client demands.

Build account development strategies/programs.

Drive client discovery, identifying client expectations and act as the bridge to internal stakeholders. Advise client on staffing solutions. Introduce Account Manager who will be assigned to service account after business relationship has been established.

Coordinate with Account Manager once a job order need has been identified.

Leverage current systems to track and maintain current and prospective clients. Delivering reporting and tracking

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Bentonville, AR

Compensation Range: $90,000-$138,000 commission

What you need:

At least 4 years client-facing/engagement management role within IT Consultancy and/or IT Staffing.

Ability to influence client decisions, ability to lead and coach UST subject matter experts, leaders and technical associates.

Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and UST.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Be on-prem regularly in Bentonville, AR or a drivable distance

UST reserves the right to periodically redefine your roles and responsibilities based on the requirements of the organization and/or your performance.
