Responsibilities:
- Conduct CrossFit classes and provide instruction to members of varying fitness levels
- Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring form and technique during exercises
- Provide personalized coaching and modifications to accommodate individual needs and goals
- Motivate and inspire members to reach their full potential and achieve their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
Experience:
- Certification in CrossFit
- Olympic weightlifting certification is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper movement mechanics
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and connect with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities
