Our client is looking for a training Specialist for their site in Research Triangle Park, NC.

This is a long term contract role that requires at least 10 years of experience in a similar role and offers a pay rate of $44 / hour

Contract Training and Education Specialist will support Accelerator Wave 3 initiative, focusing on import and cross-border processes for the North America region.

This role is crucial in developing training materials and conducting both virtual and in-person training sessions. The ideal candidate will have extensive SAP knowledge, be fluent in Spanish, and possess a strong background in company foreign trade and customer care processes.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver training materials for import and cross-border processes.
• Conduct virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
• Identify process change impacts and educate users accordingly.
• Organize and coordinate support with colleagues in Mexico.
• Facilitate Salesforce trainings using research-based education principles.
• Create supporting content such as job aids and consult on e-learning design.
• Host virtual office hours to provide guidance and answer questions.
• Facilitate virtual trainings for application updates and enhancements.
• Attend or host ticket review sessions.
• Host virtual feedback sessions with pilot users (Champions).
• Create engagement activities such as challenges, competitions, or appreciation events to drive adoption.
• Provide backup support to the Salesforce support desk.
• Support the project manager with training logistics, event planning, LMS tracking, and coordinating class resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 5-10 years of facilitation experience.
• 2 years of experience using or training on Salesforce or other robust CRM.
• 5 years of experience in sales.
• Experience managing projects.
• Previous experience with company foreign trade and customer care processes.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Extensive SAP knowledge (foreign trade, sales, and distribution).
• Experience with Adobe Learning Manager LMS.
• Background in instructional design is preferred.
