Position Overview : This Transaction Coordinator uses extensive customer service to provide our clients with a positive experience from contract to closing! This role will be responsible for gathering required documentation, creating, and maintaining communication with all parties of the transaction both internal and external (agents, borrowers, leads, LOA’s, processors and management). Job Responsibilities :

• Gather initial documentation and put together a complete file to submit to Processing.
• Maintain borrower and realtor communication and relationships.
• Manage an internal pipeline.
• Monitor transaction progress and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Prepare and send initial disclosures.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transaction.
• Run LP and DU
• Review Purchase Contracts
• Schedule appointments / calls for the Loan Officer
• Various other tasks assigned by the Loan Officer / Operations Manager to support the team.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Adheres to tight deadlines and prioritization.
• Experience running credit, calculating income, running DU / LP, and preparing initial disclosures.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Experience interacting with both internal and external customers.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Encompass, a plus..
• Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, One Note and Windows.
• NMLS License under the terms of the . Act of 2008 ( SAFE Act ) *, a plus.
• Working knowledge of RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, and loan documents preferred.
Pay Range :
• $20-$25.00
• $20-$25.00
• Bonus eligible
