Position Overview: 
 
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will ensure that the newest members of our sales teams are setup for success with all the marketing tools and access they need. You will take on multiple accounts, meet with the clients associated with those accounts, and provide the accounts' team with a better understanding of how they can take full advantage of our marketing tools and resources. 
You will use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to anticipate and solve the marketing needs of your clients. 
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Gather all the necessary details, specs, etc. for marketing projects and campaigns from clients to help project teams.
  • Use Salesforce and Basecamp to manage projects and assignments.
  • Foster positive partnerships with clients by providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Lead onboarding orientation calls for branches and corporate individuals.
  • Stay up to date with marketing’s offerings and present new products/services to members to gain more adoption.
  • Help clients express their needs to project teams.
  • Resolve client complaints.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or closely related field, preferred.
  • 5 years’ experience and demonstrated success in leading marketing initiatives.
  • Experience as an Account Manager preferably with an agency.
  • Ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups including technical subject matter experts, C-suite, branch, and business VPs.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to gain consensus.
  • Project management skills and ability to adjust plans quickly to meet changing needs.
  • Experience in annual marketing planning for sales organizations.
  • Cross-Functional marketing experience with solid knowledge base across core digital and OOH marketing channels.
  • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
