We are looking for a bilingual customer service-oriented Pre Approval Specialist to assist the team with providing a great experience to clients up front! This person must be experienced with working with borrowers running credit, calculating income, and running LP and DU. You will also be gathering initial documentation and setting up a complete file to submit to Processing. This position requires someone who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks at once, and have excellent time management.

$55,000 DOE

• Taking incoming lead calls and scheduling appointments for the Loan Officer
• Various other tasks assigned by the Loan Officer to support the team
• Managing the Loan Officers calendar
• Running LP and DU
• Pre-qualifying borrowers upfront
• Gathering initial documentation and putting together a complete file to submit to Processing
• Doing a full pre-underwrite of the file

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Knowledge of Encompass software is advantageous although not mandatory
• Proficient in running LP and DU for loan processing
• Skilled in pre-qualifying borrowers and organizing loan files
• Positive and team-oriented attitude is essential
• Fluency in Spanish is a requirement
