Seasonal Call Center Reservation AgentCross Sound Ferry is seeking reliable, highly motivated individuals in our call center for our 2024 season. The job of a reservation agent focuses on customer service and assisting to ensure a positive experience. You will assist customers over the phone who are traveling in between New London, CT and Orient, NY, as well as our seasonal Block Island trips and Lighthouse Cruises. Must have excellent communication skills, as well as some experience with computers. Call center experience preferred. This seasonal position will be part time with more hours available during summer. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours.
Starting Rate: $16.50/hr
