Responsibilities:

• Updating Customers and Drivers
• Tracking and Tracing
• Quoting rates
• Answering phones
• Data Entry
• Booking Loads
• Managing Drivers and Paperwork
• Keeping up with maintenance
• Record Keeping of Drivers

Schedule:
Tuesdays Wednesdays and Saturdays only
Scheduled from 6pm to Midnight
Job Requirements:
Requirements:

• 6 months - 1 year in Truck Dispatching Experience
• Basic Office Skills (Microsoft, Excel, Typing, etc...)
• Able to work at a fast pace
• Able to work well with others
• Reliable Transportation

Yard Jockey experience is a must. You must have the ability and knowledge to move trailers in the yard.
Dispatchers responsibilities will include but are not limited to receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, monitoring driver logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members.
