What We're Looking For
The accounting team is looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team.
Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end close activities related to investments, hedging, and broker dealer operations. Including monthly journal entries and reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory and financial reporting for investments, hedging, and securitizations.
• Coordinate with the external Finop on broker dealer-related reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Apply knowledge of complex accounting areas, including securitizations, hedging, and intercompany transactions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and drive process improvements, implementing best practices.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, highlighting trends, patterns, and insights
• Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to investments, hedging, securitizations, and broker dealer operations.
• Experience with financial controls and policies to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00
