Cross Paths is actively seeking professional individuals with the skill sets to engage and inspire youth. Individuals seeking employment with Cross Paths must be able to work with teenage youth ages 6-17.
Our youth need consistency, nurturing, structure and positive adult role models. Appropriate professional boundaries with youth, staff and outside agencies are required. Individuals must be able to implement team goals and objectives as well as adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service. If you are currently enrolled in school. School work can be worked on during the Awake Overnight Shift.
Youth Specialist must be able to meet the minimum state requirements which includes but is not limited to:
Youth Specialist must be able to pass PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS and OBTAIN AN ARIZONA D.P.S CLASS 1 CLEARANCE CARD.
