Receptionist Duties:
Law firm seeks a Billing Clerk/Receptionist to support staff and attorneys. Looking for a self-motivated, consistent, and hard-working employee who has attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have a professional, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Must be able to type over 60 wpm, multitask, and have capability to assist using a multi-line phone system to answer/return phone calls and handle client concerns.
Additionally, position involves setting appointments and managing attorney schedules, and data entry and billing into PCLaw program. If working in office, also will be responsible for organizing files and paperwork, and sorting and scanning mail.
Billing Clerk Duties:

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
