1. Recruiting and retention of agents, with goal setting and tracking - goals will be recorded, with weekly accountability meetings between owners, peers, and recruiters
2. Use intel and reports to target recruiting efforts
3. Record all contacts and communication
4. Ensure agents are using ancillary/core services
5. Oversee office and be a resource for agents and staff
